<p id="p-rc_1d73a309495cb4ec-65" data-path-to-node="5"><span data-path-to-node="5,0">We’re looking for a Lead Commercial Counsel to join our Commercial Legal team and work closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders with a primary focus on providing commercial legal support relating to Asana’s StackAI business</span><span data-path-to-node="5,1"><sup class="superscript"></sup></span><span data-path-to-node="5,2">. In this role, you will report directly to the Global Head of Commercial Legal.</span> </p>

<p id="p-rc_1d73a309495cb4ec-68" data-path-to-node="8,1,0"><span data-path-to-node="8,1,0,0">Draft, negotiate, and advise on outbound commercial agreements and strategic partnership agreements with enterprise customers, including SaaS agreements and related agreements such as DPAs, BAAs, Product-Specific Terms, and AI terms</span><span data-path-to-node="8,1,0,1"><sup class="superscript"></sup></span><span data-path-to-node="8,1,0,2">.</span> </p>
