Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Lakewood, NJ (Open to Hybrid set-up for the right candidate) $275K - $350K Base Salary A growing technology company is seeking a CTO to lead technology strategy, architecture, and product evolution. This executive will serve as the company’s senior technology leader, responsible for helping shape long-term technical direction, platform strategy, infrastructure, and overall product evolution as the business continues to scale. Responsibilities: • Serve as the company’s senior technical leader and chief architect • Drive long-term technology and product strategy alongside executive leadership • Lead platform architecture, infrastructure, scalability, and technical direction • Evaluate emerging technologies and determine how the business should adapt and evolve • Help shape the company’s AI strategy and overall product evolution • Oversee engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, and technical operations • Guide decisions around cloud environments, data platforms, AI integration, and scalability • Build and mentor high-performing technical teams while establishing scalable engineering processes and standards • Partner closely with product and leadership teams to align technical execution with business objectives Requirements: • Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, Chief Architect, or similar senior technology leadership role within a SaaS or technology-driven company • Strong background in scalable SaaS architecture, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure • Strategic and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to help shape long-term product and technology direction • Strong awareness of emerging technologies and evolving market trends • The curiosity and adaptability to stay ahead as AI rapidly reshapes software products, infrastructure, and competitive landscapes • Comfort leading through rapid technological change and shifting priorities • Ability to combine strong strategic thinking with deep technical and architectural understanding • Strong product instincts and understanding of client-facing software platforms • Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills Employment Type: FULL_TIME
