Proposal Content Manager

To support client acquisition and retention efforts, the full-time remote Proposal Content Manager will design and maintain the proposal content knowledgebase, oversee RFP response editing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance proposal quality and productivity. Key responsibilities Seek, build, and edit content for proposals and sales documents across various markets Oversee the accuracy and organization of library content to keep the proposal knowledgebase current Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear value propositions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience 4 years of professional writing experience, preferably in proposal development or content management Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or health insurance environment is strongly preferred Familiarity with proposal management platforms and content repositories Knowledge of RFP processes and proposal lifecycle management is preferred
