We empower suppliers to efficiently manage high quality supply across multiple channels, ensure travelers enjoy seamless and accurate booking experiences, and maintain a thriving, innovative Connectivity ecosystem through strong partnerships and smart integrations.</p> <h3><strong>Your mission</strong></h3> <p>We are looking for an experienced and proactive Connectivity Partner Business Manager to drive our Partner Business Management to the next level in the Americas markets (North &amp; South America). <strong>This is a full-time role, based in our New York office - you will need to be based in New York currently or happy to relocate, we would offer relocation support</strong>. You will report to our Senior Team Lead - Business Operations &amp; Strategy - Connectivity and your responsibilities are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Develop Partner Connectivity in the Americas regions by defining and executing on our Connectivity strategy and roadmap</li> <li>Support the Americas Sales teams on tech and business related Connectivity topics e.g., in meetings with key suppliers and partners</li> <li>Be the face of Connectivity in your markets and develop sustainable relationships with Connectivity partners in the regions</li> <li>Monitor and analyze the tech and business performance of our Connectivity partners in Americas, and define programs and initiatives to develop a mutually profitable partnership</li> <li>Generate new API integration leads and co-develop GTM strategies based on company strategy and focus</li> <li>Generate insightful reports on Connectivity status quo and progress in the Americas regions, and communicate key challenges and learnings to various internal stakeholders</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your toolkit</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years experience in Account Management, Partner/API Integrations or Business Development</li> <li>Fluent in English, another language spoken in Americas is a plus</li> <li>Exceptional people and communication skills to build strong relationships with people on all levels of the organization</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks, pro-active attitude and ability to work autonomously</li> <li>Great problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify, evaluate and manage opportunities</li> <li>Experience working in cross-functional teams combining engineering, operations and product</li> <li>Pragmatic, positive mindset who takes initiative to make things happen</li> <li>Able to cope with change and to work in an agile environment</li> <li>Technical background in Connectivity tech, APIs or web-based technology</li> </ul> <h3><strong>How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development</li> <li>Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year</li> <li>A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.</li> <li>Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events</li> <li>Monthly transportation and fitness budget</li> <li>Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities</li> <li>Language reimbursement program</li> <li>Health and wellness benefits</li> </ul> <p>And more…<br><br>The expected salary for this position is $135,000 USD</p> <h3><strong>How to apply</strong></h3> <p>Submit your CV/resume in English using the form below.
