Portfolio Servicing Analyst

Our customer is a Commercial Lending Company. The Servicing Analyst will work as part of the credit and portfolio servicing team to increase opportunities and mitigate risk. Ideally the right candidate will have 1-3 years of underwriting and loan modification experience. You will review tax returns and financial documents, communicate with vendors, and prepare recommendations and reports for management. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience as a credit analyst or underwriter with a solid commercial underwriting skills CRE, C&I and/or SBA loans • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, is highly preferred • Recent experience working with classified assets Skills required: • Ability to within a team • Ability to work within the bank's policies and comply with all state and federal regulations • Ability to solve problems in real time • Loan spreading and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills Please send your resume to [email protected], call 214-515-7607 or reply to this ad.
