The main functions of this department are to ensure that we remain in compliance with our state and federal requirements. The Wildfire Safety Compliance Team is primarily responsible for responding to data requests from the Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (OEIS) and inquiries from CAL FIRE. The Wildfire Safety Compliance Team also serves as the primary liaison with the Independent Evaluator and responds to Notice of Violations, Notice of Defects, Wildfire Safety Concerns, and customer complaints for either Energy Safety and/or CAL FIRE. Summary Manages aspects of program implementation and daily operations; ensures program is operating effectively.
