We’re looking for a highly creative, fast-moving, and culturally aware Social Media Marketing Manager to help lead the digital voice of our brands globally. The Role This is not a traditional corporate social media role. We are looking for someone who understands modern brand building, storytelling, culture, and performance-driven content. Someone who can create content that feels premium, energetic, and emotionally engaging — while also understanding how to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management & Strategy Develop and execute social media strategies across all Fitura Brands concepts Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms Build brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth Create content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, partnerships, and events Monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform updates Content Creation Capture and create high-quality photo and video content Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads Create engaging graphics, story assets, thumbnails, and promotional materials Maintain strong visual consistency across all brands Help direct shoots and assist with creative production Video Editing & Graphic Design Edit fast-paced, premium-quality social content Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, music, and storytelling elements Design social graphics, pitch decks, campaign assets, and digital marketing collateral Work closely with leadership and creative teams to bring campaigns to life Community and Brand Growth Engage with followers, members, franchise prospects, and partners online Support influencer, ambassador, and partnership campaigns Help build a strong community-driven brand presence Monitor analytics and provide reporting on performance and growth Desired Skills and Experience Required 3+ years experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube content strategy Experience editing high-quality short-form video content Strong graphic design capability Experience using: Adobe Creative Suite Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop Canva CapCut or similar editing platforms Strong copywriting and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Bonus Skills Photography or videography experience Experience within fitness, wellness, hospitality, sport, or lifestyle brands Experience managing paid social campaigns Understanding of franchise or multi-location marketing Experience working with influencers or creators Traits We're Looking for We care just as much about mindset and energy as we do experience.
