We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference as a Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d). This position plays an important role in supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and excellence across all production and organizational levels. Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with organizational and ISO requirements.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining control plans to ensure product and process quality throughout the production lifecycle.

  • Coordinate issue management activities, supporting timely problem resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

  • Contribute to ISO compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation, supporting certification activities, and assisting with internal and external audits.

  • Support the development and execution of quality inspection processes to monitor performance, identify deviations, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards into daily operations and project activities.

  • Create, update, and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and audit records.

  • Provide guidance and training to employees on quality processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective or preventive actions.

  • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to support quality objectives and continuous improvement efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, EN9100) and experience supporting compliance activities.

  • Hands-on experience in control planning, issue management, and inspection systems setup.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.

  • Passion for driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality excellence.

  • Proactive communicator with strong collaboration skills across departments.

  • Self-driven and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Fluent in English & German.
