Full Stack Software Engineer

Kavaliro is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of applications, APIs, microservices, and web applications in a DevSecOps hybrid cloud environment. The selected candidate will work with a collaborative development team to help build and support a new mission processing environment using modern technologies and containerized solutions. Technologies Used • Java • Spring Boot • React • Docker • Kubernetes • Helm • PostgreSQL • MongoDB • ElasticSearch • Keycloak • CI/CD Pipelines • GitLab • Kafka • Linux Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • 5+ years of Java development experience • 5+ years of full-stack development experience • 5+ years working with ORM and/or NoSQL databases • 1+ year of experience with containerization/orchestration platforms • Experience with software development best practices, testing, and configuration management • Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced environments • Comfortable working in Linux environments • Active TS/SCI clearance Desired Qualifications • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, React, NodeJS, and MongoDB • Strong understanding of Spring Boot • Experience with OAuth2, Keycloak, and OpenID Connect • Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging platforms • Experience with Git, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD)
