Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Manager, Content Strategy who will manage the design and execution of omnichannel campaigns, optimize member engagement through a customer engagement platform, and leverage AI for personalized content, all in a full-time remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Translate business goals into strategic content campaigns while executing high-priority deliverables Define and implement a modular content architecture for seamless deployment across various communication channels Manage the customer engagement platform to orchestrate member journeys, ensuring efficient and personalized interactions Required qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in content operations, omnichannel marketing, or digital content strategy Proven experience activating omnichannel journeys in a launch or growth-stage environment Expert-level knowledge of marketing automation platforms and enterprise CMS tools Demonstrated ability to build modular content frameworks and automated workflows Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for content production and personalization
