Think you can lead sales conversations with sharp founders today and eventually take full ownership of a premium, inbound sales function? DonnaPro is hiring a Senior Sales Consultant to run high-stakes sales conversations with founders & CEOs across Europe and beyond. You will speak with qualified inbound leads, run sales calls, and close deals when appropriate. But this is not a boiler-room sales job. There is no cold calling. No scripts read line by line. No pressure tactics. No fake urgency. We are looking for someone who can lead decisions, not force them. Starting compensation is €2,800/month net, with more details outlined below… Who Is DonnaPro? DonnaPro is a European-based company providing elite Executive Assistant services to CEOs and founders across Europe. Our core delivery team consists of Executive Assistants, supported by a lean corporate team covering sales, account management, quality, operations, and leadership. Rated 4.8 out of 5 on Google, featured in major media outlets, and trusted by clients (91% of them stay with us after the trial period). What You’ll Do as a Senior Sales Consultant Our core offering is a €2,700 per month subscription service, sold directly to founders and CEOs who are making a long-term decision about delegation, trust, and leverage. Until now, all high-level sales at DonnaPro have been founder-led. The system works. The philosophy is clear. 31% of all people who show up on the call end up buying. The documentation is extensive. All previous calls are recorded, frameworks and decks exist, and the underlying philosophies are captured across more than 100 memo-style pages. Now, we are bringing in someone to take over sales conversations and eventually own the function. You will start with a paid onboarding period during which you will learn about our company, our culture, and our past sales experience. Once you are ready (this process will take around 30 days), you will start running scheduled inbound calls via Google Meet. You will definitely not start by managing people, as you will be (for now) the only person on the sales team, supported by our founder whenever guidance is needed. Here Is What We Expect Your responsibilities from day 30: Run scheduled inbound calls via Google Meet with CEOs and founders who applied intentionally Diagnose fit, readiness, and decision structure Close deals when appropriate, and walk away when it is not a fit Handle follow-ups with structure, clarity, and momentum Use existing scripts, memos, and frameworks while applying judgment Document insights, objections, and patterns to improve the system Main KPI: Assuming lead quality and fit remain consistent, you are expected to reach certain performance. Within 120 days, this means matching our current benchmark of 31% close rate across all show-ups as a baseline, not a ceiling. Context on Lead Quality (Important) To set expectations correctly: this role is built on high-quality inbound demand, not cold outreach or low-intent leads. A significant portion of our pipeline is organic, referral-driven, or comes from bottom-of-funnel channels. Prospects apply intentionally, show up prepared, and already understand the category. The 31% close rate benchmark reflects this reality. It is not achieved through pressure, tricks, or selling to the wrong people. It is achieved through strong qualification, decision leadership, and saying no when something is not a fit. Performance upgrade: If and when you consistently demonstrate results above this level (without closing clients who are not a fit), and your sales volume is sufficiently high, a meaningful compensation increase will follow. Promotions here are not based on time or titles. They are earned through decision quality, consistency, and results. What This Role Really Demands At DonnaPro, sales requires range. You must be able to: Lead confident CEOs calmly, without ego or posturing Listen sharply and communicate at peer level Stay composed in silence and under pressure Push for a decision without creating resistance Distinguish healthy delay from real hesitation Ask for payment (or say no) without insecurity Learn complex systems deeply and apply them flexibly Care more about decision quality than vanity metrics Who This Is Not For This role is not for: People who dislike selling but want a “nice title” Script readers who panic when a call goes off-path Ego-driven closers who optimize for wins over fit Anyone who avoids feedback, accountability, or tension “Clock in, clock out” mentalities People who need word-by-word scripts to feel safe People who tie their self-worth to closing Anyone who confuses friendliness with leadership If you see yourself in several of these, this role will not be a good fit. What You’ll Get Starting Monthly Salary: You will earn €2,800 per month after taxes and social contributions-no extra deductions or surprises. The stated amount is exactly what you’ll see in your bank account each month, and it’s 100% yours to keep. Performance-Based Upside (Earned, Not Promised) ; Meaningful performance bonuses apply once you consistently exceed expectations. Upside here is tied to results, volume and decision quality, not activity, or pressure tactics. Direct Mentorship and Calibration from the CEO ; You will be trained, calibrated, and challenged directly. However, you will not be rescued if performance slips. Support exists, but ownership of results is fully yours. Pre-Call Sales Support (Leverage, Not Babysitting) ; You will work with a dedicated pre-call sales assistant who helps protect your time and focus. They pre-screen leads, cancel clearly misaligned calls, warm up strong-fit prospects, and step in when a lead appears confused or misaligned to clarify intent before the call ever reaches you. She is a gatekeeper, not a cleaner. You own the call, the follow-up, and the outcome. Access to a Deeply Systemized Sales Machine ; You will work inside one of the most documented and thoughtful sales systems in the industry, including scripts, memos, call recordings, objection frameworks, and decision logic. What You’ll Need to Succeed Full-time availability Fluent English, spoken and written Based in Europe (If you want to travel for a while, that’s fine, but your base must be in Europe) Prior experience selling B2B services, consulting, or high-trust offers Comfort running video calls with senior decision-makers Strong follow-up discipline Solid familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude Reliable laptop and stable internet Precision and System Discipline Matter Here This is not a lone-wolf “cowboy” sales role. You are expected to: Send follow-up or next-step materials to the prospect immediately after the call Update CRM and internal systems consistently and accurately Document insights, objections, and recurring patterns Respect existing processes and improve them when appropriate, not bypass them Execute an ultra-clean handover to the operations team after a close If your style is “do the call, f*** the details, and move on,” this role will frustrate you.
