- Chief of Staff - Piper Companies# Chief of Staff## Job DescriptionPiper Companies is seeking a Chief of Staff / Business Partner - Consumer Banking to support a nationally recognized Credit Union's Consumer Banking organization. This exclusive engagement will support executive-level operations by partnering directly with the SVP of Consumer Banking to drive strategy, communication, and cross-functional alignment. This position will be onsite in Tysons Corner, VA 3 days per week!Responsibilities of the Chief of Staff include:* Act as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the SVP, supporting key initiatives across Consumer Banking* Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and execution* Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams across a diversified portfolio of consumer lending products (non-mortgage)* Identify and mitigate cross-organizational risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies* Lead strategic planning efforts and support executive-level communications on behalf of the SVP* Facilitate coordination across business units including initiatives tied to lending, operations, and enterprise programs* Drive project and program-level execution by ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are aligned* Support executive decision-making through synthesis of information, insights, and recommendationsRequired Qualifications for the Chief of Staff:* 6+ years of experience in a business strategy, program management, consulting, or Chief of Staff-type role* Strong business acumen with experience supporting senior leadership in a strategic capacity* Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with executive stakeholders* Experience within banking, financial services, credit unions, or member-focused organizations preferred* Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with strong attention to detail* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)Compensation for the Chief of Staff includes:* Salary Range: $60/hr - $77/hr* Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Federal HolidaysKeywords:Chief of Staff, Business Partner, Executive Operations, Strategic Planning, Program Management, Project Management, Cross-Functional Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Executive Communication, Consumer Banking, Lending Products, Financial Services, Credit Union, Banking Operations, Vendor Management, Business Strategy, Organizational Alignment, Risk Mitigation, Workflow Optimization, Process Improvement, Executive Support (Strategic), Leadership Collaboration, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Branch Operations, Member Experience, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Tysons Corner, Northern Virginia #J-18808-Ljbffr
