Responsibilities: • Conduct consultations to understand and address clients’ skincare needs. • Evaluate skin conditions and recommend the best treatments and products. • Educate clients on the importance of consistent treatments and daily skincare routines. • Stay informed about new Hi, skin services and products to enhance client care. • Forge lasting, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and caring experience. • Ensure punctuality and maintain the studio’s standards of cleanliness and organization. • Grow a loyal recurring client base and achieve monthly studio and personal revenue goals. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Certified Virginia Esthetician License. • Required experience in dermaplaning. • Proven experience in a spa or studio setting, demonstrating a history of customer satisfaction and care.
