Complete greenfield ownership over the entire product experience and design system for a platform processing thousands of daily mission-critical executions. What You Will Do Design and build the end-to-end platform UX and a unified design system from scratch using TypeScript and React. Lead user research and onboarding by conducting interviews and analyzing sessions to relentlessly improve the product experience. Own full-stack feature development and maintain a world-class landing page presence to drive product growth and adoption. The ideal candidate 3+ years of experience shipping B2B products used by thousands of active users with a focus on high-quality frontend execution. Exceptional product taste and the ability to translate complex exception-heavy workflows into simple, intuitive interaction patterns.
