Automotive Finance Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Upper Marlboro, MD. The Finance Manager will be responsible for processing finance applications, structuring tailored deals, and ensuring smooth transactions. This role also involves working closely with customers and handling tag and title work. The Finance Manager will collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals, maintain relationships with lenders, and manage all necessary documentation for vehicle sales. Qualifications: • Experience in a finance manager role, preferably within an automotive dealership or related field • An understanding of automotive financing, credit applications, and loan structuring • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred • Knowledge of car finance products, lending policies, and the tag and title process is preferred • Familiarity with state-specific vehicle registration requirements and legal compliance in automotive sales is preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team • Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $131,505.00 per year Ability to Commute: • Upper Marlboro, MD 20774 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Upper Marlboro, MD 20774: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
