You will build multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines that process 1,500-page plan sets, turning weeks of manual bid comparisons into hours of automated work while making million-dollar decisions reliable. Direct impact from day one by shipping agentic workflows that manage multimillion-dollar bids and save hundreds of hours for general contractors. What You Will Do Design and deploy agentic workflows using Python and tool-use orchestration to automate complex tasks across Procore APIs and Excel. Build and optimize production RAG systems capable of accurately parsing messy, unstructured 2D construction drawings and 1,500-page specifications. Collaborate directly with customers on-site to translate manual estimation workflows into intelligent agents that solve real-world industry bottlenecks. The ideal candidate 4+ years of technical experience with a proven track record of shipping applied AI, computer vision, or LLM-based products to real users. Scrappy, 0→1 builder mentality with prior experience as a founder, ex-CTO, or early engineer at a fast-growing startup. Highly proficient in the AI stack, including Python (FastAPI), vector databases, agentic frameworks, and managing dockerized workloads on cloud infrastructure. Who are Jack & Jill? Ok, I'll go first.
