Construction Project Manager

Job Summary Potros Construction is growing, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, working with homeowners, and bringing high-quality outdoor living spaces to life. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing residential outdoor construction projects from the initial planning phase through final completion. You will serve as the main point of contact for homeowners while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest level of craftsmanship. You will play a key role in maintaining job site organization, communication, and quality control, ensuring that every detail meets company standards and customer expectations Responsibilities • Oversee multiple residential construction projects at different stages simultaneously • Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily and weekly project activities • Work closely with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely material deliveries • Serve as the primary point of communication for homeowners throughout the entire construction process • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality workmanship, and resolve issues as they arise • Track project timelines and proactively manage scheduling to avoid delays • Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards • Maintain a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job site • Support a positive customer experience from start to finish • Experience • Previous experience in construction management or a similar leadership role preferred • Strong ability to lead teams and communicate clearly with crews, subcontractors, and clients • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and project plans • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, field-based environment • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions in real time Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per week Benefits: • Opportunities for advancement • Paid time off Work Location: In person
