Description
For our client, we are seeking a Data Operations Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
Serve as the expert for data analytics and reporting
Enable, develop, and maintain BI systems and reporting with Power BI
Design and maintain data models in Snowflake and other databases
Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient data flow
Educate teams on effective data use for a data-driven culture
Identify cost-saving opportunities related to data processes
Document data workflows for transparency and continuity
Qualifications
B.S. or B.A. required
3+ years experience with Power BI development
Experience with ETL tools including Alteryx, Python, and Airflow
Familiarity with Snowflake data warehousing
Experience integrating Salesforce data
Proven project management skills in data-related projects
Ability to quickly learn new data tools and technologies
