JOB SUMMARY: VP, Operations/Chief Operating Officer, Hospital Campuses The VP, Operations/Chief Operating Officer, Hospital Campuses leads pavilion support services to deliver seamless, efficient operations and tight strategic alignment across departments. Partners with Pavilion and System leadership to set and monitor performance metrics, drive financial stewardship, and hold directors and managers accountable for outcomes and best practices. Champions process improvement, innovation, and change management to elevate quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Masters required at time of hire. If not held, the degree must be obtained within three years of the hire date. 2. Licenses & Certifications Six Sigma Black Belt: Black Belt or Master Black Belt Preferred 3. Work Experience (Years and Area): Fifteen (15) Years Work Experience in a hospital and/or healthcare setting 4. Management Experience (Years and Area): Ten (10) Years of Management Experience in senior management role required. 5. Equipment Operated: PC, standard office equipment SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1.
