Executive Recruiter and HR Specialist Type : 1099 contract, part-time, remote Hourly rate : $26-$32 Hours : 15-20/week (potential to increase over time if desired) Start date : ASAP Position Overview / Mission Seeking an Executive Recruiter and HR Specialist for client and internal contactto manage HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance for both client groups and internally. This role will act as a primary point of contact for HR needs and strategic partner with clients and business leaders. This role requires strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills to guide clients through the employee lifecycle while ensuring adherence to HR policies and local laws. Essential Functions Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Partner with clients to get a clear view of their strategic, financial and hiring objectives Restructure and re‑create internal and client onboarding process Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy Research skills to understand client’s company, competitors and marketplace Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of proactive channels and job postings through specific ATS systems Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fitness and compatibility Conduct confidential interviews, follow‑up with references, check background and credit reports Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process Network and build long‑lasting client relationships Know the area of expertise (specialized industry or job function) Research and develop recruiting leads and proactively have creative sourcing skills Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings HR Operations
