Description
Position Overview
Noble Care Marketing is seeking a full-time graphic designer to join our growing team. This role will support our creative team in the conception, ideation, and creation of graphic assets across a variety of channels for over 50 large healthcare clients. You will report to our Creative Director and produce an assortment of designs that will be mainly used across business development, social media, advertisements, and promotions. The ideal candidate should have the ability to elevate pictures, themes, and ideas into masterfully stunning designs.
Location: Brick, New Jersey
Schedule: Full-time, in-person with potential for hybrid flexibility
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 with fringe benefits; competitive based on prior experience
Key Responsibilities
• Create visually appealing designs for various media, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, apparel, brochures, and flyers
• Communicate with project managers to understand project objectives, requirements, and brand guidelines
• Produce high-quality graphics that align with project goals and enhance user experience
• Conduct audits across various technologies and marketing programs
• Assist the Chief Marketing Officer or Creative Director with corporate initiatives
• Act as a lead point of contact for cross-functional teams and platforms to drive planning and completion
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality design
• Own the design process from start to finish, while establishing a consistent and polished visual identity
• Effectively organize projects and communicate project updates with clarity
• Support partners and programs by tracking projects and milestones
• Schedule key program and project-related meetings
• Work with staff to maintain project deliverables and schedules using project management tools
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Fill in where and when necessary to accomplish stated responsibilities
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, user experience, visual arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a high-quality portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or another professional design software
• Experience using Asana or other project management software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Ability to ask questions and articulate design concepts to project leads
• Experience using popular social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Willingness to adapt and learn new skills as required
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to handle responsibilities with limited supervision
• Passion for design and the future of the industry
• Confidence to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience Required: Available to work 40 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
• Project Management Certification
• UX and UI familiarity
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for designing web assets
• Technological know-how of image manipulation
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools
• Understanding of 3D design and CAD
• Expertise in Asana or other project management software
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of AI and new technologies across business
