The rol
eAs Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own the full demand generation engine, from brand awareness through to pipeline, for a fast-growing, open-source-first platform disrupting the observability and log analytics space. You'll be the commercial counterpart to a deeply technical product, translating complex data infrastructure capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with engineering and platform teams
.
We're looking for a data-driven, scrappy builder who thrives in early-stage environments and knows how to drive measurable growth without unlimited resources. You'll take ownership of the marketing strategy, build the systems and content needed to scale from community traction to predictable enterprise pipeline, and work closely with sales, product, and the open-source communit
