Director Of Operations We are looking for a Director of Operations to join our Leadership Team. Roles and Responsibilities -Work with Leadership Team to develop and implement the company's strategic plan, ensuring that operational plans and initiatives are aligned with overall goals. -Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and internal controls that ensure the smooth running of the business. -Manage and optimize the company's resources, including Client Services, Business Development, Talent Acquisition/Staffing, and technology, to ensure that they are effective and efficient. -Build and lead a high-performing team of employees, setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive and engaging work culture. -Analyze and evaluate operational data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. -Position the company to achieve financial goals through active client delivery and business development activities while employing sound financial management practices. -Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. -Mentoring directors and senior staff members and establishing connections between performance success and rewards. -Achieve goals each year for fiscal revenue, retention, and new growth.
