General Manager/Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Objective: We are seeking applicants with deep mastery in Restaurant leadership for a high volume operation with a large staff. We are also considering options for Assistant GM as well with the expectation that they have the same skills and abilities. The successful applicant(s) must demonstrate proven ability to deliver the following: The General Manager position are responsible for strategies that produce a healthy culture, a safe environment, and business growth. The general manager is responsible for matching business growth opportunities with the same skill level leaders. The general manager is responsible for the growth and development of leaders through execution, reports, and results. The general manager is responsible for strategies to recruit top talent and is accountable for retaining that talent. The general manager is responsible for setting restaurant budgets, operational goals, and leadership development goals. The general manager is responsible for creating communication processes within leadership that shares guest concerns, operational opportunities, report analysis, and restaurant results. Lastly, the general manager is responsible for verifying all systems and processes involving the growth, development, safety, and well being of the entire team. Business Environment: Shift Service Streams – Drive-thru with 1 or 2 lanes, Mobile Order w/ Delivery to Guest vehicles, Third Party Food Delivery Services, and Guest Outside Order & Carry-out. Shift Staffing – up to 30ppl/shift and overall 80-120 on payroll across all shifts.
