We’re hiring a Dispositions Manager who can control the buyer side, create urgency, and force deals across the finish line—without handholding. This role is for operators who’ve already handled real pressure. What You Own (No Training Wheels) • Build and leverage a serious network of cash buyers and institutional investors • Move contracts aggressively while protecting and maximizing spreads • Run showings, handle demanding buyers, and push deals to clean, fast closings • Work directly with acquisitions to kill weak deals early and protect margins You own dispositions.
