As a Trinny London Makeup Artist, you will work directly with customers to provide personalised consultations, offering expert advice and application services using our innovative, stackable, and portable makeup products along with our award-winning skincare line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, providing exceptional service tailored to their individual needs.
• Offer personalised makeup consultations, including the Trinny London Match2Me experience.
• Demonstrate and recommend products that enhance customers' natural beauty.
• Conduct makeup appointments, including pre-booked sessions and walk-ins.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive promotion of products and beauty services.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing makeup counter or station.
• Stay informed on makeup and skincare trends to continually enhance your artistry skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in retail, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
• A strong passion for makeup and skincare products.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and data capture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
• Positive, adaptable, and can-do attitude.
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
