Freelance Content Quality Auditor: Expression of Interest

To support this mission, we are looking for experienced and reliable freelance Content Quality Auditors to help ensure our content meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. In this role you will audit and improve product content, supporting data labelling initiatives that help train and evaluate machine learning models, including LLMs (Large Language Models). This is a freelance collaboration expected to be for a limited period of time.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br>● Fluent English speaker (C1+).<br>● Formally registered as a freelancer in your country of residence.<br>● Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week for GetYourGuide.<br>● A reliable remote setup with a stable internet connection and access to required tools.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong><br>Content Quality Auditing:</p> <p>● Conduct thorough audits of product content to ensure accuracy, clarity,&nbsp;consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.<br>● Execute audits in line with provided audit frameworks, ensuring all required checks and criteria are applied consistently.<br>● Identify, categorize, and document content quality issues.<br>● Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to content creators and&nbsp;relevant stakeholders.<br>● Leverage various tools and software, such as Google Sheets, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and easily accessible for review.<br>● Maintain strong organizational practices; manage workload across multiple tasks/projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines reliably.<br>● Support adjacent content-related processes such as inventory checks, general QA, and data quality assurance.&nbsp;<br><br>Data Labelling (LLM/ML Training &amp; Evaluation):<br>● Label and annotate data according to detailed annotation guidelines to support&nbsp;the training and evaluation of LLMs and other machine learning models.<br>● Ensure all labelling outputs are complete, traceable, and recorded correctly in&nbsp;required formats/tools.<br><br><strong>Required skills &amp; qualifications</strong><br>● Proven experience in content auditing, content moderation, quality assurance, data&nbsp;labelling, and/or annotation.<br>● Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.<br>● Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).<br>● Ability to provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback.<br>● Strong time management skills; ability to work independently while collaborating<br>effectively with a distributed team.<br>● Professional communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines and following<br>guidelines.<br>● Candidates with experience in the travel, tourism, or marketplace/e-commerce industry<br>will be prioritized.<br><br><strong>Benefits</strong><br>● Flexibility: you set your own hours.<br>● Punctual payment: paid once per month.<br>● Support: guidance from our internal content team and experienced freelancers.<br>● Friends &amp; family discount: 20% discount on GetYourGuide bookings for all freelancers.<br><br><strong>Pay rate</strong><br>Content Quality Auditors are paid a base rate of €18 per hour, billed monthly.<br><br><strong>Your submission</strong><br>Candidates who provide a portfolio, link to anonymized work samples, or links to public freelance profiles (e.g., Upwork, LinkedIn) will be prioritized.</p>
