We buy, renovate, build, and sell residential properties, and we're looking for a strategic, analytical professional to help evaluate opportunities and drive investment decisions. What You'll Do • Analyze acquisition opportunities and determine investment strategy • Evaluate properties for wholesale, fix & flip, new construction, resale, or rental potential • Prepare ARV analyses, comparable sales reports, and MAO calculations • Create renovation scopes, repair estimates, and construction budgets • Research zoning, market trends, and development opportunities • Support acquisition negotiations and pricing decisions • Collaborate with Construction, Dispositions, and Operations teams • Track projects from due diligence through closing • Maintain CRM records and reporting Ideal Background We welcome candidates with experience in: • Real Estate Brokerage • Real Estate Appraisal • Acquisitions • Construction Estimating • Property Management • Real Estate Development • Investment Analysis • Project Management • General Contracting Qualifications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and organization • High attention to detail • Ability to make data-driven decisions • Team-oriented with strong integrity Preferred • Experience evaluating property condition and repair costs • Knowledge of ARV analysis, comps, and renovation budgeting • Familiarity with MLS systems, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software Schedule Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Some Saturday flexibility required.)
