We’re looking for a digital marketer who brings both execution and strategic thinking to the table. You’ll be joining a small, focused team within Showcare’s growing marketing services practice. You’ll start by contributing across active client accounts and grow into full ownership as you get up to speed with our clients and processes.
Execute full-funnel digital campaigns for clients: Build, plan, create content, and execute omnichannel campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, X, email, text, and call outreach aligned to client’s KPIs, events, membership, and sponsorship goals. Prepare and steward digital advertising budgets. Adjust targeting and spend to maximize performance.
Leverage data platforms for insight and decision-making: Use GA4, HubSpot, and a Customer Data Platform (CDP) for full-funnel tracking. Develop weekly performance reports across all digital channels.
Drive marketing automation & lifecycle strategy: Contribute to audience and market intelligence: Support research, data gathering, and analysis that informs campaign targeting, audience segmentation, and messaging decisions. Over time, grow into a direct client-facing role as you build familiarity with accounts and processes. Monitor SEO/AEO, SEM, and web performance: Analyze web traffic metrics, monitor search performance, and recommend improvements to boost organic presence and digital visibility.
Collaborate cross-functionally to produce assets: Brief and coordinate with graphic designers, developers, videographers, and vendors to execute campaigns with quality creative. Lead generation, digital advertising, and brand campaigns that help Showcare grow alongside its clients. Continuously explore new targeting approaches (text campaigns, social sharing, call campaigns, etc.) Familiarity with the association, membership, or events industry is an asset ~3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment ~ Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and X ~ Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including tag setup, triggers, and cross-domain tracking ~ Working knowledge of GA4 for reporting, attribution, and funnel analysis ~ Experience with marketing automation platforms ~ Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and client projects simultaneously ~ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience ~ Ability to travel occasionally for client events and conferences ~ Professional-level English fluency required.
