Description

FedTec is seeking Corporate Property Asset Manager is responsible for the strategic management, financial oversight, and operational performance of the organization’s real estate portfolio, including leased and owned assets. This role ensures all properties are utilized efficiently, maintained to corporate standards, and aligned with organizational objectives for cost optimization, compliance, and asset value maximization. Location: McLean, VA (100% onsite) Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and execution of capture strategies for federal opportunities. • Manage a portfolio of corporate real estate assets including office, warehouse, and specialized facilities. • Track and evaluate asset performance through KPIs, utilization metrics, and ROI analysis. • Recommend strategies for lease renewal, relocation, acquisition, or disposal to optimize portfolio value. • Develop and monitor property budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. • Review rent schedules, service charge reconciliations, and ensure cost efficiencies across the portfolio. • Support capital expenditure planning and ensure alignment with corporate financial objectives. • Oversee lease documentation, renewals, terminations, and rent reviews. • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams for due diligence and risk mitigation. • Collaborate with Facilities and Operations teams to ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance. • Manage relationships with property managers, landlords, and third-party vendors. • Oversee service-level agreements (SLAs), vendor performance, and cost control. • Conduct property valuations, benchmarking, and market analysis to inform executive decision-making. • Support real estate planning for expansions, consolidations, and relocations. • Prepare monthly and quarterly asset performance reports for leadership. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in property or asset management, preferably within a corporate or multi-site environment. • Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling, lease administration, and facilities operations. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with property management software preferred (e.g., Yardi, MRI, CoStar). • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
