IT Product Manager - Workforce Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a IT Product Manager - Workforce Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as product owner for IT supporting Talent Acquisition and resource management Translate stakeholder priorities into a comprehensive product roadmap Lead cross-functional teams for enhancements and secure solution delivery Ensure timely optimization and resolution of system inquiries and defects Evaluate Workday updates for improvements in talent and workforce operations Utilize Workday Community for research and product influence Drive continuous improvement of talent and workforce systems Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product, system, or process solutions delivery Background in supporting or advising on recruiting and resource management processes Strong project management skills across diverse teams and stakeholders Experience in business process mapping and documentation Ability to lead stakeholder interviews and requirement gathering activities Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Strong relationship-building skills with varying seniority levels Benefits Flexible living arrangements with remote work options Annual onsite meeting requirement Participation in the company’s annual incentive compensation program Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs offered Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
