Role Overview We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Invoicing Solutions team working on Joist . Joist helps small businesses create professional invoices and get paid faster. Our mobile‑first SaaS platform has earned top ratings from hundreds of thousands of contractors, freelancers, and small business owners who rely on us every day. As a Senior PM, you will help shape Joist’s next‑generation Agentic Field Service Management (FSM) experience and define and deliver AI‑powered, model‑assisted workflows that help contractors manage jobs, schedules, customers, and collect payments with less manual effort. You will also help integrate and cross‑sell AI‑powered voice products within the EverCommerce portfolio. This role is not an AI research, ML platform, or data science position. Success requires deep intuition for contractor FSM workflows, Jobs‑to‑be‑done, and end‑to‑end UX, combined with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, AI‑native product paradigms.
