Title: Sourcing Analyst / Sourcing Specialist Location: Remote Duration: 3-Month Contract Only Position Overvie wWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sourcing Analyst / Sourcing Specialist to support a fast-paced procurement and sourcing initiative for a 3-month engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting sourcing and procurement activities, including bid evaluation, vendor coordination, reporting, and analytics .This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment .Key Responsibilitie sSupport end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for assigned projects and initiative sAssist with bid evaluation processes, including analysis of vendor proposals, pricing, and commercial comparison sPrepare sourcing-related analytics, reports, scorecards, and procurement documentatio nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors throughout sourcing activitie sMaintain sourcing trackers, procurement records, and reporting dashboard sConduct market and supplier research to support procurement decision sEnsure sourcing documentation and activities are aligned with organizational policies and procedure sRequired Qualification s2–3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support role sExperience supporting bid evaluations, vendor analysis, and sourcing reporting activitie sStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitie sExcellent written and verbal communication skill sStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritie sProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tool sAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmen tPreferred Qualification sExperience supporting strategic sourcing or procurement team sExposure to RFx processes and supplier managemen tFamiliarity with procurement systems or ERP platforms such as ZIP, SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar tool sExperience working in corporate, consulting, or enterprise environment s
