Description

Overview The Director of Sales, Utility Bedding, is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key retail accounts, and leading the sales team. This role partners cross-functionally to align product, operations, and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies across pillows, mattress pads, encasements, and comforters • Manage key accounts (Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Dollar General, Burlington) including presentations, line reviews, and negotiations • Lead and mentor the sales team, driving performance and accountability • Partner with product development to align assortment, pricing, and packaging with market needs • Provide forecasts and coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery • Support licensing and private label programs • Track performance, market trends, and report insights to leadership
