This is a high-ownership role focused primarily on integrations between Salesforce and the broader GYG ecosystem &amp; AI-based Applications, and on Salesforce DevOps ( release pipelines, environment management, and code quality).<br>A smaller portion of the role involves maintaining existing Apex triggers / Invocable actions (where needed).</p> <p>You will work closely with our Go-To-Market Lead &amp; Solutions Architect (who owns end-to-end solution design) and Salesforce Admins (who own flows, configuration, and declarative automation), so you can stay focused on code, integrations, and platform setup.</p> <h3><strong>Your mission</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems — REST/SOAP, platform events, middleware, and event-driven sync with our data platform, Go-To-Market tools, and AI applications.</li> <li>Own Salesforce DevOps — CI/CD (Gearset / GitHub Actions) , source-driven development, sandbox strategy, and release management.</li> <li>Maintain and improve existing Apex code and triggers — test coverage, performance, and best practices (governor limits, bulkification, security...).</li> <li>Partner with the Go-To-Market Solutions Architect to turn solution designs into scalable implementations, flagging technical risks and simpler alternatives early.</li> <li>Support Salesforce Admins on the config-vs-code boundary — advising on flows vs. Apex and unblocking work that requires a developer.</li> <li>Champion code quality, security, and observability — code reviews, integration health monitoring, and incident response.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your toolkit</strong></h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, metadata API).</li> <li>Strong integration background — REST/SOAP, platform events, or middleware (MuleSoft, Workato, Tray, custom services)</li> <li>Salesforce DevOps experience — SFDX, Git-based workflows, and a release management tool ( Gearset or equivalent).</li> <li>Comfortable as the sole developer on the platform — sets technical direction, prioritizes pragmatically, collaborates well with a Solutions Architect and admin team.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with non-engineering stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Extras that give you an edge</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus.</li> <li>Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect track) are a plus but not required.</li> <li>Integrating Salesforce with a modern data platform (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Kafka, Databricks).</li> <li>Familiarity with marketplace, supplier, or B2B sales business models.</li> <li>Exposure to GDPR / SOC 2 requirements in a Salesforce context.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development</li> <li>Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year</li> <li>A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.</li> <li>Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events</li> <li>Monthly transportation and fitness budget</li> <li>Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities</li> <li>Language reimbursement program</li> <li>Health and wellness benefits</li> </ul> <p>And more…</p> <h3><strong>How to apply</strong></h3> <p>Submit your CV/resume in English using the form below.
