With our boutique now open in Miami's Design District, we’re continuing to expand our presence and share our vision of luxury rooted in artistry, empowerment, and connection. We’re looking for a Client Advisor to join our boutique team — someone who embodies our values, delivers exceptional service, and cultivates lasting relationships with our growing community of clients. Role Description As a Client Advisor, you will bring our fine jewellery house vision to life through personalized, high-touch service. You’ll be the face of the brand in our new flagship, cultivating trust and connection while achieving individual and boutique sales goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fine jewellery and craftsmanship — a natural relationship builder with emotional intelligence, style, and a love of luxury retail. Responsibilities • Deliver a best-in-class client experience and consistently exceed sales goals. • Build and nurture long-term relationships through thoughtful, personalised clienteling. • Leverage CRM tools to drive repeat business and increase client loyalty. • Host private appointments and boutique events to create memorable experiences. • Serve as a trusted brand ambassador, sharing brand's story with authenticity and sophistication. • Support day-to-day boutique operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and after-sales service. • Collaborate with leadership to uphold the highest standards of excellence and teamwork. What You Bring • 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-touch client service. • Proven success in sales and relationship development. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. • Proficiency with CRM and POS systems; tech-savvy and detail-oriented. • Passion for fine jewellery, design, and craftsmanship. • Professionalism, discretion, and a polished sense of personal style. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
