Hotel General Manager Benefits (Total Compensation Package with Paid Housing of $140,000+!) : • Salary - $80,000 to $90,000 • Aggressive Very Attainable Bonus of up to 50%!!! • FREE Paid Housing in a 2 Bedroom Condo close to the Hotel • Health, Dental, & Vision • PTO Hotel General Manager Responsibilities • Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience • Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to, Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering • Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs • Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control • Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals • Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community Hotel General Manager Qualifications • At least 5 years of full-service General Manager experience • Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success • Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment • Proven track record in delivering financial results • Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls • Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven track record of positive associate satisfaction scores JOB ID: 177237 #post Rick Duarte To Apply for this Job Click Here , $80,000 - $90,000,
