This role focuses on cost optimisation, network performance, and strategic carrier partnerships while ensuring safety and operational excellence. Key responsibilities • Develop and execute regional logistics strategy • Manage transport networks (road, rail, water) and carrier performance • Lead sourcing strategy for inbound and outbound logistics • Optimise cost, rates, and network efficiency (routes, backhaul, zones) • Oversee logistics P&L, KPIs, and performance benchmarking • Drive digital logistics tools and continuous improvement initiatives • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and ensure safety compliance • Mentor and lead logistics teams What you bring • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar • 5+ years relevant experience (or 10+ years without degree) • Strong experience in logistics strategy, sourcing, and network optimisation • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and data-driven decision making • Leadership experience with strong stakeholder management skills What’s on offer • Competitive salary + benefits • 401(k), healthcare, insurance, and wellbeing programs • Paid time off, parental leave, and education support • Long-term career growth in a large-scale operational environment
