Description
At Flix, we offer a dynamic work environment with competitive pay, strong growth opportunities, and a tech-driven approach to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable.
We're looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to join our team and help with bettering our data protection tooling and compliance.
At FlixTech, our Data Compliance team at Foundation Division is responsible for the systems and tools that help Flix stay compliant with GDPR and other data protection regulations. Colleagues across the company use the IT tools we provide, and you'll be adjusting these tools to make being compliant with data protection regulation easier. You will work with colleagues across the company, helping them with their requests, and you will propose ways to improve our tooling to be easier to use.
You'll be part of a cross-functional environment collaborating and have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with stakeholders from many different areas.
About the Role
- Respond to service tickets for two software tools (e.g. adding roles and users, updating instructions, etc.)
- Take ownership of these two tools, making improvements on how they're setup
- Create summary reports via the tool to identify information gaps, and to report status to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team in defining next steps for what could be improved, by adding tickets to the backlog and discussing them with the team
About You
- Currently enrolled in any Bachelor or Master program in Berlin, preferably Law-related
- Interest in Data Protection and privacy
- Quick learning abilities: you enjoy figuring out how things work and dive into details autonomously
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences. If you think you could have an impact even though you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply. We want to hear from you!
