We bring financial rigor, strategic clarity, and analytical depth to the decisions that shape Stripe’s product portfolio and long-term growth strategy.</p> <p>The Connect &amp; Crypto F&amp;S team sits at the intersection of two dynamic and high growth product areas. Connect is a scaled and complex product that powers Stripe Platform and Marketplace ecosystems. Crypto is a newer product area with rapidly evolving market dynamics focused on stablecoin markets. Together, these products require a finance leader who can operate across different stages of maturity, bring structure to complexity, and drive financial outcomes in an ambiguous environment.&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p>We're seeking a seasoned finance leader to lead our Connect and Crypto F&amp;S team. You’ll partner with the heads of product for Connect and Crypto, acting as a trusted financial and strategic advisor. You’ll lead a team that delivers the revenue forecasting, pricing and unit economic analysis, investment frameworks and strategic insights that enable these products to scale. You’ll translate complex financial analysis into clear insights for senior leadership. You’ll build the analytical infrastructure, including leveraging AI and tooling, to ensure this team best-in-class financial insights and analysis.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own revenue forecasting and performance management across Connect and Crypto, including volume trends and unit economics. Develop and maintain integrated financial models that reflect underlying product drivers.</li> <li>Establish and maintain key business metrics and KPIs to measure performance of new and existing products. Present performance in business forums, highlighting drivers, risks and actionable insights.</li> <li>Drive strategy and decision-making by bringing rigorous financial analysis and product and industry expertise to help product leaders evaluate tradeoffs and shape strategic roadmaps.</li> <li>Lead the quarterly forecast and annual strategic financial planning process. Develop long range financial models with scenario analysis and actionable recommendations on growth, monetization and where to prioritize investments.</li> <li>Serve as a key contributor to key business reviews and leadership forums, translating complex product economics into clear insights for executive audiences.</li> <li>Build, lead and develop a high performing team of finance &amp; strategy partners. Align and scale the team to support product growth.</li> <li>Drive process improvement and analytics scalability, partnering cross-functionally to evolve data infrastructure, reporting and analytics. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enable the team to operate at the leading edge of financial analysis.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>12+ years of relevant experience in product finance, strategic finance or FP&amp;A, preferably at a high growth payments, fintech, marketplace/platform, or enterprise SaaS business</li> <li>Deep experience in revenue-oriented financial modeling (e.g. pricing analysis, unit economics, volume/take-rate forecasting, deal economics) with the ability to architect complex, integrated models</li> <li>A proven track record of partnering with senior product or business leaders, translating complex financial data into clear and compelling narratives, and influencing strategic decisions through financial analysis and insights</li> <li>Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing finance teams, including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent</li> <li>Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and an ability to create structure and clarity</li> <li>Working knowledge of SQL and comfort working with large, complex datasets</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing materials for and presenting to senior leaders</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in or exposure to crypto, stablecoins, digital assets, or blockchain-based financial products</li> <li>Experience with marketplace or platform business models and multi-sided network economics</li> <li>Experience working closely with different Finance functions (e.g. Accounting, Tax, Treasury, IR)</li> <li>Familiarity with leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance and automate financial analysis. Experience working with Python, Anaplan, Tableau, or equivalent tools is a plus</li> <li>Experience in a high-growth, rapidly scaling environment</li> </ul>
