Job Title Design Manager Job Post Summary A full time Design Manager role focused on leading seasonal home textile collections across categories such as bedding, quilts, comforters, throws, decorative pillows, and bath accessories. The position requires strong expertise in textile design, trend forecasting, product development, fabrication, and collaboration with cross functional and overseas teams to deliver innovative and market driven home products. Job Roles and Responsibilities • Lead seasonal home textile collections from concept development through final execution • Create trend driven product assortments based on market research, color direction, and consumer insights • Design products using quilting, embroidery, woven textures, prints, embellishments, and other textile techniques • Collaborate with sales, sourcing, merchandising, product development, and overseas teams • Develop and present seasonal trends, CADs, mood boards, and product concepts • Maintain consistency in brand identity while introducing fresh product ideas • Manage seasonal line sheets and ensure all product details and assortment updates are accurate • Oversee multiple design projects in a fast paced environment • Support product development and sampling processes from design to production Qualifications and Certifications • 5 to 8 years of experience in home textile, soft home, or related product design • Strong knowledge of bedding, quilts, decorative pillows, embroidery, textile construction, and fabrication • Experience in trend forecasting, color development, print design, and product development • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software • Experience with Pointcarre or similar textile design software preferred • Knowledge of AI tools for design workflows is an advantage • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits • Collaborative and creative work environment • Career growth opportunities • Travel opportunities for sourcing and trade shows • Health benefits and paid time off • Flexible seasonal work perks • Employee benefits and company perks package
