The Opportunity We are seeking a Marketing Director who lives and breathes skincare and understands today’s digital-first, brand-driven landscape. This role will lead marketing strategy for Nuvixir (primary focus), while also supporting brand alignment and select initiatives for MedShip and future affiliated ventures. You will play a critical role in defining how Nuvixir shows up in the market—from branding and content to growth strategy and customer engagement. What You’ll Do • Build and execute a full-scale marketing strategy for Nuvixir from pre-launch through growth phases • Develop and own brand voice, positioning, and visual identity • Lead digital marketing efforts across social media, paid media, influencer partnerships, and content • Identify and capitalize on emerging skincare and beauty trends • Create campaigns that resonate with a modern, skincare-savvy audience • Collaborate with leadership on product launches, go-to-market strategies, and brand storytelling • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth, engagement, and ROI • Support aligned marketing initiatives across MedShip and future brands as needed What We’re Looking For • Strong background in marketing within skincare, beauty, or a lifestyle brand • Deep understanding of current skincare trends, influencers, and consumer behavior • Experience building or growing a brand—especially in early-stage or high-growth environments • Highly creative with a strong eye for branding, content, and aesthetics • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment Why Join Us • Build something from the ground up – real ownership and influence • Backed by an established company (MedShip) • Hybrid schedule with flexibility on in-office days • Opportunity to shape future brands beyond Nuvixir • Competitive salary, strong benefits and growth potential A Note to Candidates We understand Nuvixir is new and does not yet have a public-facing website.
