Director of Operations – Employment ServicesRISE ServicesRISE Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Interim Director of Operations – Employment Services to provide operational leadership across our employment and community-based service programs. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced human services environments and can balance operational oversight, staffing coordination, compliance management, and strategic problem-solving while supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful community employment outcomes. The Director of Operations plays a critical role in ensuring operational stability, staffing alignment, service quality, compliance oversight, and organizational growth across service regions. Position SummaryThe Director of Operations – Employment Services is responsible for: • Operational leadership and program oversight • Staffing coordination and scheduling support • Service utilization and workflow management • Compliance and documentation oversight • Systems governance and operational accountability • Leadership support during staffing shortages or operational disruptions • Oversight of employment and housing-related operational services This role works closely with executive leadership to support program growth, operational consistency, and service stability. This position includes approximately 10 billable/direct service hours weekly to maintain field awareness and provide strategic staffing support when necessary.
