General Manager – Industrial Equipment Manufacturer Overview A well-established manufacturer of engineered industrial equipment is seeking a General Manager to lead a growing business unit serving light industrial markets across the USA. This role carries full P&L ownership and will oversee commercial strategy, operations, manufacturing, operations and engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling revenue and driving operational performance within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Business Leadership • Own and manage full P&L responsibility for the business unit. • Develop and execute the strategic growth plan across the US. • Identify opportunities for market expansion, product innovation, and channel development . • Partner with executive leadership to drive long-term business strategy. • Strengthen relationships with key accounts and strategic customers. • Build forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility, and commercial processes. • Identify new vertical markets and applications for existing product platforms. • Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and operational performance. Experience • 10+ years of leadership experience within industrial manufacturing or capital equipment . • Proven P&L leadership experience as a General Manager, Business Unit Leader, President or Division Leader. • Experience selling through distributors, OEM channels, or industrial end users . • Background working with engineered equipment, industrial machinery, or mechanical products . #J-18808-Ljbffr
