In House Corporate Paralegal

Beacon Hill's client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Corporate Paralegal to join its in-house legal team. This role is ideal for a confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and can serve as a trusted partner within a busy legal department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive issue spotter with strong communication skills and the ability to manage a variety of legal and corporate matters independently. Key Responsibilities: Support a busy in-house legal department with a wide range of corporate and legal matters Prepare and manage legal filings, corporate records, and related documentation Assist with litigation holds, due diligence requests, and corporate filings Identify potential legal or procedural issues and escalate appropriately Communicate directly with internal clients and business stakeholders regarding legal matters and documentation Maintain organized records and ensure timely handling of legal requests and deadlines Coordinate with internal departments and outside counsel as needed Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team Qualifications: Prior experience working within a busy in-house legal department is required Strong familiarity with legal filings, litigation holds, due diligence, and corporate filings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to identify issues and think critically through legal and operational matters Work Environment: Hybrid schedule Opportunity based in either Rockaway, New Jersey or Savannah, Georgia Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
