In this role, you’ll lead a small team, build strong client and vendor relationships, and keep fast-paced HVAC service operations running smoothly every day!

HVAC Account Manager Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and support a small team, including training, workload coordination, and performance coaching
• Manage client service activity from start to finish, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate service requests, vendor follow-ups, approvals, and scheduling to keep projects moving efficiently
• Handle escalations, billing questions, and operational challenges while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams
HVAC Account Manager Qualifications:
• HVAC-related client service and team management experience required
• Strong judgement with the ability to strategically prioritize escalations activity
• Meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach
