Für unser Schwesterunternehmen die Gamma Communication GmbH suchen wir an unserem Standort in Oberkotzau (Bayern) Unterstützung.
Deine Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung und Lösung von Incidents und Service Requests im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
- Administration von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Workplace-Services
- Unterstützung bei Onboarding-, Offboarding- und Change-Prozessen
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Freshservice und ITSM-Prozessen
- Verwaltung von IT-Assets, Lizenzen und Workplace-Technologien
- Mitarbeit bei Automatisierungs- und IT-Projekten
- Etellung von Dokumentationen und Wissensdatenbanken
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Support, Service Desk oder Workplace Management
- Kenntnisse in ITIL-basierten ITSM-Prozessen und gängigen Ticketing-Systemen
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 sowie der Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung
- Erfahrung im Management von Windows- und macOS-Endgeräten
- Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit, Asset Management und moderne Workplace-Technologien
- Serviceorientierte, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Lernbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
