Senior Product Manager - Core App

This role is critical for owning and continuously improving key parts of the rider journey. You will be responsible for identifying friction points and unmet needs to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction across our customer-facing platform.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>End to end own and continuously improve key parts of the rider journey.</li> <li>Identify friction points, drop-offs, and unmet needs using data, research, and direct user feedback.</li> <li>Drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Translate business goals and user insights into clear problem statements and high-impact opportunities</li> <li>Validate ideas through experiments, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.</li> <li>Balance short-term wins with long-term platform improvements.</li> <li>Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and other teams</li> <li>Align stakeholders around clear goals and success metrics.</li> <li>Communicate vision, progress, and trade-offs effectively.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, within a fast-paced environment on a multi million customer facing product such as mobility, food delivery etc&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong, proven experience with discovery and delivery.
