Warehouse & Logistics Manager – Italy Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to support and oversee warehouse operations in Italy for a fast-growing international company in the renewable energy industry. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in warehousing, logistics coordination, and third-party vendor management within Italy. Candidates with photovoltaic (PV), renewable energy, or related industrial sector experience are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, inbound, storage, inventory counting, and outbound processes Optimize warehouse workflows and ensure high inventory accuracy Coordinate inbound shipments from ports to warehouse facilities and oversee local delivery arrangements Track logistics progress and resolve operational exceptions in a timely manner Manage third-party warehouse and logistics service providers Ensure all warehouse and logistics operations comply with Italian and EU regulations Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support business operations and customer delivery requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines Minimum 5 years of warehousing and logistics experience, including at least 2 years in warehouse management Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations in Italy, including relevant local regulations Experience using ERP/WMS systems Fluent in Chinese, Italian, and English Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of responsibility, learning agility, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Profile Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing international team environment
