We are partnering with a well-established, team-oriented insurance agency seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing a higher-end book of business, and being part of a collaborative, positive office culture. This role can be oniste or hybrid. This role will support a $2.5 million personal lines book with accounts ranging up to approximately $15K in premium, including higher-end and ENS business. The agency is looking for someone who is personable, professional, detail-oriented, and someone who genuinely fits well within a close-knit team environment. What You’ll Be Doing: • Manage and service an established personal lines book of business • Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, remarketing, and coverage reviews • Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners • Work collaboratively with producer and team members to deliver excellent client service • Assist clients with higher-end and ENS accounts • Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment • Contribute to a positive, team-focused office culture What They’re Looking For: • Experience in Personal Lines insurance account management • Experience handling higher-end accounts and/or ENS business preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and someone who genuinely enjoys working with people • Organized, dependable, and service-focused mindset • Has experience with EPIC Compensation & Benefits: • Base salary $65K • Commission and overtime opportunities with total compensation potential upwards of $75 to 80K • Health benefits • 401(k) • PTO • Flexible on-site/hybrid schedule • Fun, supportive, and team-oriented atmosphere If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable agency that values culture, teamwork, and strong client relationships, we’d love to connect.
